All applicants for designation as Heritage Resources in the York County Heritage program must fill out this form. This form does not determine whether your resource will be designated – it only provides program staff and Advisory Committee members with basic information for initial review. If the Advisory Committee feels that your resource might be qualified for designation, we will ask you to fill out a more detailed application form that is focused on your particular type of resource.
